At Wine Country Motor Sports, we want to ensure your racing gear fits perfectly for the track. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure all apparel, helmets, and gear are in original, unworn condition with all factory tags and protective films still attached.
- 2.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back to our warehouse.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the exterior of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier and retain the tracking information.
